Transforming the Office Market in SAUDI Arabia

Colliers International, The Global Commercial Real Estate Leader, released its latest white paper covering current and future trends on the Saudi Arabian office sector. With significant changes occurring in the Kingdom, the research paper looks at the current position and highlights the impact and opportunities those changes will bring about.

 

Colliers report looks at change drivers identified as a combination of local and global factors such as International companies’ expectations, Government emphasis on private sector funding, millennials entering workforce and the emergence of young Saudi entrepreneurs. It then highlights how those trends are expected to change the landscape of the sector in the major cities.

 

The landscape and trend changes are discussed for their impact on performance and key characterises with commentary on the challenges and opportunities in line with the Government’s 2030 vision.
