This October 15th, Sofitel Dubai The Palm is launching a brand-new Indian dinner concept. It promises to be a culinary journey starting in the north of the Himalayas down through the tropics of Goa, finishing deep in Kerala, on the edge of the Arabian Sea.

 

Traditional dishes with a modern twist include delights such as Kerala fried chicken and lamb chops burrah are on offer as well as vegetarian and vegan options such as Achari aloo and Panner Khurchanwala. An extensive fish menu will also be available offering coastal favorites such as Meen moilee. Complimenting these cultivating dishes are a selected array of perfectly priced drinks inspired by traditional Indian flavours.

 

Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as a Mango Lassi Highball and a selection of Indian wine and beer are available for only AED 40. Zoya by Maui will also be included in the hotels All Inclusive package for guests already availing that offer.

 

Accompanying this fine offering, costumed waiters will be served these tantalizing dishes, whilst guests enjoy authentic and traditional sitar live entertainment. Tandoori Masala Tea, Poppadum’s and a mix of chutneys will be served as a stable upon arrival.

 

Starting at 7pm daily, Zoya by Maui will offer authentic Indian cuisine, guaranteed to create a lasting impression during each stay or visit at Sofitel Dubai The Palm.
