During a media roundtable held on Monday, Jean Pascal Tricoire, CEO of “Schneider Electric” highlighted the role the company plays in enhancing the investments in industrial sectors as well as localizing the supply chain in the kingdom to serve both the national and international markets.

 

The CEO for Schneider Electric emphasized on the objective of the roundtable to share the scope of the development plans which Schneider Electric aims to execute by 2020 specially in the energy management and renewable energy sectors. He also referred to the major role the company plays in all sectors in the kingdom to enhance energy efficiency in cities and infrastructures in addition to strengthening the diversification of economy through improving manufacturing efficiency and R&D capabilities for sustainable energy technology. Moreover, Schneider Electric is working towards creating concrete investments and development plans for the recently announced mega projects such as NEOM, RedSea, and Al Qiddya while focusing on the sustainable energy in the new smart cities.
