: During the Holy Month, the five-star resort on Saadiyat Island will introduce a new Market Iftar concept everyday from sunset until 10pm. Families and friends are invited for a unique culinary journey, with a dedicated kids area, providing memorable moments for everyone. 

Sharing in the spirit of the occasion, the friendly resort team will greet visitors and residents as they exploreArabian souq ambience at the popular Sim Sim restaurant, including a live oud player performing following prayer. The light, bright dining destination, houses modern contemporary décor with Arabian accents, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating to relax with loved ones.

True to Sim Sim’s concept, the Iftar selection will be served from engaging live stations, showcasing over 100 dishes from around the world. Expect fresh, seasonal ingredients and flavours. The talented Chefs will be preparing themed plates from Middle Eastern specialties, including Emirati delicacies such as Machboos and Iranian grills,to European favourites and Asian dishes cooked to perfection.

Sweet Arabian delights will complete the Iftar experience; guests can indulge in the regional dessert, Khabeesa, date and Walnut Maamoul, with authentic teas and aromatic Arabic coffee.

For the little ones, Market Iftar presents captivating entertainment with highlights including arts, crafts and educational activities that celebrate Emirati culture.
