​#FunWithFitness In Balance Open Day

 

In line with the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019, Novotel World Trade Centre hosted a community awareness event #FunWithFitness The In Balance Open Day on Saturday, 9th November 2019. The aim of this event was to support the vision of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing’s to transform Dubai into the most active city in the world. To achieve this goal an exciting line-up of sports and fitness-related activities were organized to promote a healthy lifestyle. The event took place by the pool at Novotel World Trade Centre so the guests could take advantage of all the services at InBalance by Novotel Health Club.

 

The event started with a guided meditation class led by The Golden Space, an international organization providing healing, meditation, and transformational services. They shared their insights about the effects of sound on fluids and the human body. The workshop was a delightful experience and a wonderful escape for the attendees. The Heartists of Novotel World Trade Centre also energized the crowd with a Zumba session. The fitness and wellness enthusiasts enjoyed the refreshing workout routine that was perfectly designed for all ages. The most energetic dancer was awarded a special prize from Fujifilm Instax and Grand Stores. Dreamworks Spa also pampered the guests with relaxing massage treatments throughout the day. The guests enjoyed fresh and healthy snacks from Kibsons International and refreshing juices, beverages and healthy yoghurts from Almarai. The hotel also organized some fun activities and stimulating games that tested key fitness areas such as speed, balance and strength. The winners of the games went on to win some exciting prizes to take back home along with fun memories of working towards their fitness goals.
