As part of its tireless efforts to provide integrated telecommunications services for pilgrims, Mobily allowed the pilgrims to buy mobile phones along with “Hala Haj” package with unprecedented prices to enable them to communicate easily and conveniently with their families from anywhere in the world. Accordingly, Mobily provided mobile phones for the pilgrims at discounted prices starting from SR 60 with along with Hala prepaid simcard  with SR25 as free credit.

Mobily provided this promotion in retail outlets deployed at international airports, Meeqaat points and areas surrounding the central zone and holy sites, noting that Mobily has provided all sales points and outlets to provide integrated services to pilgrims and visitors such 4G  and 3G services, prepaid lines and also allows payments and other miscellaneous services.

Mr. Majid Al Battal, Executive General Manager Retail Sales at Mobily  said  that "The teamwork in in Mobily is proud to serve pilgrims and we are keen to provide the necessary support to them through providing points of sales working around the clock in the vicinity of the Two Holy Mosques."
