Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has connected the consolidated emergency operations center 911 at Makkah, which was inaugurated recently by ministry of interior, with the latest technology that ensures high response for emergency calls.

This interconnection comes as part of Mobily’s initiative to increase the 911 center efficiency and facilitates helping callers fastest than ever.

The initiative comes within the framework of the Mobily’s keenness to cooperate with governmental agencies to contribute to the success of the Hajj season, especially Hajj and Umrah economics are one of the pillars of the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision. Also,  Mobily continues in its strategic partnership in sponsoring the “National Media Awareness Campaign” organized by Emirate of Makkah for the seventh consecutive years with the aim to educate and guide the pilgrims of 1437 Hajj season. The campaign aims to raise the awareness level of the pilgrims while performing their Hajj rituals under the slogan of “Hajj is a message for peace”.
