Little Ninjas in the Making at Emirates Park Zoo & Resort Summer Camp

Whether it is for a learning opportunity or exciting activities, Emirates Park Zoo & Resort has it all. The touristic destination is hosting Aikido and Fighting Arts courses for campers of all abilities to participate in for a brand-new experience. Highlighting the importance on martial arts, the unique program will encourage kids to live an active lifestyle over the summer holidays while adapting better life skills for the future.

Aikido and Fighting Arts day camps are offered for kids aged 4 to 14, held in Emirates Park Zoo & Resort Heritage Village Hall every Sunday and Tuesday, where children will learn about self-defense techniques focusing on balancing and control of low stances. With the guidance and help of a professional instructor, the activity not only teaches them how to defend oneself without causing harm but also gives them a full-body workout and other practical benefits such as improved health and fitness.

Marketing Manager of Emirates Park Zoo, Naima Mahmoudi, said, “Our Summer Camp not only keeps children busy during their holidays, but also gives them a chance to engage with other kids, improve self-confidence, reinforces discipline, respect, and a positive attitude.”

Summer camp package is priced at 199AED daily and 800AED weekly, open to kids between 4-14 years of age. The program is held from Sundaythrough Thursday, 8:00am to 2:00pm daily till August 31, 2018. To register, guests may visit the main entrance of the zoo, or visit the zoo's website, www.emiratespark.ae.
