Le Cirque, The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre’s Iconic New York Eatery is celebrating its second anniversary with a special culinary experience, curated by Le Cirque Corporate Chef, Matteo Fontana on the 11th of April.

 

Diners seeking an exclusive dinner experience can indulge in a carefully crafted set menu - for one night only - rich in French dishes with an Italian flair, while relaxing in an unrivalled chic ambiance enriched by a live piano performance. 

 

Mauro Maccioni, the owner of Le Cirque, and the son of Sirio Maccioni, the founder of the New York restaurant, will host the guests during this gastronomic feast. In addition to operating Osteria del Circo and Le Cirque in New York City, Mauro oversees Le Cirque and Circo operations around the world from Las Vegas, Dominican Republic, New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore,to Abu Dhabi and Dubai and many other locations. Mauro will be flying from New York to celebrate this special occasion with Dubai guests.

 

Served from 7 pm the set menu allows guests to indulge in an amuse bouche platter of Taleggio cheese and fresh chives Panna Cotta, served with aged balsamic glazed pears. The first course consists of wild scallop carpaccio with fresh pomegranate, cranberry and caviar, followed by a succulent dish of homemade berlingots ravioli stuffed with slow cooked duck legs. Right after, guests can enjoy a chargrilled wagyu tenderloin with Fresh Black Truffle and Foie Gras as the main dish. This amazing culinary experience wraps up with Le Cirque’s signature crème brûlée.
