According to the company's strategy of maintaining an ongoing and long lasting customer relation by providing the best services possible to them, and considering the critical situation the world is going through currently because of Covid-19 pandemic that has influenced our lives on all aspects, especially the infection control measures taken to prevent its spreading. 
KIA Al-Jabr has launched a new program: "You can either visit us, or we'll come to you" in which a special team from the maintenance centers reaches out to our customer's locations to perform the needed repairs or health checks on their vehicles or even transport the vehicles to maintenance center's location if necessary. 
The first phase of the program has already begun in Dammam and Jeddah cities, until it is applied in the rest of the kingdom's areas and cities in the upcoming period. Commenting on this program; Mr. Walid Baghdadi the COO of KIA Al-Jabr said: "Since Covid-19 pandemic has started and we have been working on studying every possible way we can deliver our available services to our customers, as well as applying the most restrictive infection control standard measures ensuring everyone's safety, and in regards to that; we took several steps at our showrooms and maintenance centers, and lately the announcement of "You can either visit us, or we'll come to you" program in which we don't apply any additional charges on our customers for in location services or even for the transportation of vehicles back to the maintenance centers, and we are now working on applying the program in the rest of the kingdom's cities to best serve our valuable customers".
