Isuzu opens central spare parts depot

BAKHASHAB Brothers Holding Company, dealer of Isuzu cars in Saudi Arabia, recently opened the largest depot for Isuzu spare parts in Jeddah.

The opening ceremony was attended by a delegation of senior executives from Isuzu Middle East Company, including Hiroyoshi Sakai, president, and Katsuro Ishihara, vice president, Waleed Nubani, vice president, Teruyuki Nakajima, general manager spare parts, Masaru Ito, manager spare parts, and Tomokazu Ito, general manager services, as well as directors of Bakhashab Brothers Holding Company, including Sheikh Mohammed Khalid Bakhashab and Sheikh Hisham Khalid Bakhashab, in addition to a great number of clients and the media.

Omar Mohammed Bakhashab, deputy general manager of Bakhashab Bothers Holding, welcomed the Isuzu Motors delegation, and thanked them for their efforts to attend the opening ceremony.

“Isuzu and Bakhashab’s ambitions in Saudi Arabia are now going up in the light of the development of our business along with the introduction of new models that meet the aspirations of our partners in the Saudi market,” he said.

The new Central Parts Depot (CPD) is one of the largest and the most advanced spare parts facility in the area and was built by Bakhashab Brothers Holding Company according to the latest international construction standards to provide the best storage and operating systems, with the highest safety and quality measures based on the strategic vision of Bakhashab Holding Company, which has customers’ confidence in the Saudi market in the light of its high level of after-sales service.

Noting that all Bakhashab centers and its dealers Kingdomwide will be connected directly with the new CPD through an advanced network to ensure the availability of adequate stock of all parts at all distribution points, to be able to service the customers with the shortest period of time.

Furthermore, Bakhashab added: “In view of the constant rise in our market share as Isuzu dealers for the Western and Eastern regions of Saudi Arabia, we decided to expand our integrated services thorough the establishment of this central depot, which would enhance our services and forms a positive indicator that we are heading in the right direction, and that we have a great deal of commitment toward our clients and partners, with the best logistic services, as well as the support of an appropriate operational system. What you’re seeing today as a reality is part of our ongoing development plans.”

He concluded the speech by thanking all attendees for sharing with Bakhashab Brothers this remarkable moment.

Alongside the opening event of the CPD, latest accessories for the new SUV pick up D-Max and the legendary GT were showcased, as well as distribution of certificates for a number of qualified technicians who passed successfully all necessary training programs.
