L’Éclair de Velours & Exclusive New Creations

During your stay, be one of the first to experience the 2015 festive collection, as Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris reinvents the traditional Christmas log by presenting a savory version, imagined by Laurent André, called L’Éclair de Velours. This year, the pastry chef Pierre Hermé, who oversees all the pâtisserie
at the Palace hotel, also introduced four Christmas logs including  Sarah and Perpétua, new creations of the highest quality.

Unforgettable Christmas & New Year’s Eve Meals

Dining during your holiday will be unforgettable, as Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris will welcome both families and friends in its two restaurants for tailor-made Christmas dinners created by the hotel Chefs. 

This year, Christmas dinner will be served at La Cuisine on December 24th and New Year’s Eve Dinner on December 31st. For those looking for Italian inspired holiday fare, Il Carpaccio will also host Christmas Dinner on December 24th and New Year’s Eve Dinner on December 31st.
