Firas Al Msaddi, CEO of fäm Properties, is being honoured by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for establishing his company as one of the emirate’s leading real estate brokerages in just eight years.

 

Al Msaddi will be among the real estate company chiefs recognised by the DLD at the ‘Real Estate Tycoons Awards’ ceremony taking place on the inaugural day of the Dubai Property Show in Mumbai on 3 November.

 

The awards have been created by the DLD to recognise the top Chairmen, CEOs and Managing Directors of leading real estate companies in Dubai and acknowledge their outstanding contribution to Dubai real estate.

 

Since founding fäm Properties in 2009 in the midst of the global economic crisis, Al Msaddi has developed it into an innovative, technology driven agency built around his unfaltering belief in the sustainability and endurance of Dubai. 

 

Today employing more than 170 members of staff, fäm Properties exclusively manages and runs a real estate investment portfolio of over AED2 billion mainly in Dubai, with a further AED300 million in Istanbul. In addition, Al Msaddi manages an investment portfolio for ultra-high net worth individuals in the GCC region.
