Experience Mediterranean seafood with a Lebanese twist this Ramadan

During the holy month of Ramadan, Flooka invites families and friends to come together and break their fasts with a fresh Iftar feast boasting an array of unbeatable seafood dishes, hot and cold mezzes, and mouth-watering selections of the freshest fish, cooked exactly the way you like it.

Chef Ibrahim has crafted a menu of guest favourites including Mujaddaera hara lentils cooked with Arabic spices; rakakat Samakt, seafood in filo pastry; calamari; Samak bil meleh, fish cooked in rock salt and oven baked; grilled chicken and tender beef

For AED 145 per person guests can enjoy the Iftar feast complete with drinks and stunning views of the Arabian Gulf in Dubai and the Eastern Mangroves in Abu Dhabi. For those preferring to craft their own menus, a la carte is available throughout.

“Ramadan is a time when friends and families come together and share beautiful honest moments. Whether you practice Ramadan or not, experience the magic of Iftar with delicious, traditional dishes like lentil soup and our all time favourites like our infamous sayadiyah”, says Flooka Head Chef Ibrahim Osseiran.
