Hotel ups its private catering offering with new and expanded menus as well as newly purchased catering truck

 

Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach, Dubai, has recently enhanced its private catering service including the purchase of  a new catering truck as well as additional furniture and linen to cope with the increasing demand. The hotel has also increased the variety of its menus being ready to offer more customized menus to its clients with intricate palates or special dietary requirements.

 

Capitialising on its successful food concepts, Rosso, Benihana and JB’s, the catering menus offer popular types of cuisine such as Japanese, Italian, Arabic, Emirati and British. The hotel is able to cater for cocktail parties, buffet spreads, set menus and offer silver service including bar set-ups.

 

Additionally, as part of its service, the hotel provides a team of chefs, barmen and service associates onsite. Its team boasts over 20 years of experience including a newly appointed Executive Chef, Ted Espiritu, who brings with him over 21 years of experience having previously worked for Park Rotana in Abu Dhabi, Urban Food Concepts in Switzerland and Marriott Marquis in New York.
