In celebration of International Youth Day, Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, today organised a panel discussion titled, “Successful Careers for Youth at Emirates Islamic”, at its headquarters in Dubai Healthcare City. The bank hosted the event as part of its commitment to nurture and develop the youth of the UAE into future banking leaders.

 

The panel discussion examined the opportunities and challenges faced by youth working in the banking sector as well as their role in achieving the UAE's development goals. In addition, speakers addressed the importance of nurturing skills and talent among the youth who are the custodians of the future.

The event hosted over 40 attendees.

 

The discussion panel comprised of senior management at Emirates Islamic, including: Awatif Al Harmoody, General Manager, Operational Governance, Syed Muhammad Umair, Head of Wealth Management; Ali Khan, Head of Retail Assets; Mohamed Al Shaer, Area Manager and Mohamed Al Hadi, VP Branch Sales and Acquisition.
