Dubai to Hold 1st Customer Happiness Summit & Awards

Dubai will hold its first ever Customer Happiness Summit & Awards, in October this year. The event will feature government officials, experts, business leaders, policy makers and investors from a myriad of business disciplines as they congregate, connect, explore and propose new ways to support Dubai’s Happiness Agenda, to become one of the happiest cities on earth.

The daylong affair will be held at the H Hotel – Dubai on October 18th, 2018, and will host experts from the aviation, travel, tourism, hospitality, events, real estate, retail, and healthcare sectors, to discuss and highlight individual roles and contribution of each in raising Dubai’s global offering another notch.

Out of 156 countries surveyed UAE has taken the 20th place in this year’s World Happiness Report 2018, and has championed various initiatives and programs for Happiness and Positivity ever since. By hosting the first Customer Happiness Summit & Awards in the region, the organizers hope to inspire innovative ideas and contribute to economic and social advancement. 

The agenda for the summit will opt for a more holistic approach with 9 interactive sessions covering regional trends, disruptive technologies, best practices, master classes and high-level talks on Delivering Customer Happiness. In addition, the event will offer ample time for networking opportunities.

UAE has made a remarkable growth in every possible direction, especially when we consider its age of inception. The appointment of the world’s first Happiness Minister is nothing short of reinvented diplomacy, which is just one of the many examples showing the nation’s forward-thinking character and how far it has come. A country that has been a gracious host to the world is about to welcome its biggest contingent of visitors at the Expo 2020, and we intend to reinforce the role of every entity and individual in assisting UAE attain the title of the world’s happiest place.
