Dollar Rent A Car, the fastest growing car rental company in the region recognized for its excellent service and performance, concluded its participation in the recent Riyadh Travel Fair (RTF) with high expectations of increasing their share of the KSA market.

 

The team of Dollar Rent A Car headed by Marwan Al Mulla, General Manager of UAE and Oman received a lot of enquiries from customers who are gathering information about the United Arab Emirates as well as the services offered by the car rental company. 

 

Al Mulla commented: “The whole idea in attending Riyadh Travel Fair is to interact with as many customers who are planning to visit the UAE and introduce our brand to them. Outbound travel by Saudi nationals is one of the highest in the region and Dollar Rent A Car gets a good percentage of business from KSA. By being visible at RTF we aim to increase our share of the market so we’d like to understand their requirements and create packages that suit their needs as well as their budget. This year, we were impressed with the turnout of visitors and exhibitors attending the show. It was really good and well organised so we look forward to our next year’s participation.”

 

During the show, the team met with existing clients to be updated of the industry’s latest travel trends. “I strongly believe customer service and customer experience are the future for any business to sustain in the current situation of the industry. We need to invest more on technology and customer service so as to retain the customers,” added Al Mulla. 

 

Every year, Dollar Rent A Car participates in Riyadh Travel Fair, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s biggest travel and tourism exhibition held from 12th to 15th April at Al Faisaliah Tower, Riyadh. Now on its eight year, the show has over 250 exhibitors from 55 different countries.
