For the third consecutive year, Diriyah Company, a Public Investment Fund entity transforming Diriyah into a global, cultural, historical and lifestyle hub, will be returning to MIPIM, the global real estate exhibition  taking place in Cannes, as part of the Saudi Pavilion to showcase its masterplan and its diverse portfolio of office, hospitality, residential, retail, culture and sports offering, thereby helping to realize the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 .

Saudi Arabia currently has more than US $1.8 trillion worth of development projects under construction or in the pipeline, and the real estate sector contributed 12.2% to the country’s non-oil GDP in Q3 2023. Demand for real estate in the Kingdom is set to reach record levels as the Kingdom pursues the realization of Vision 2030.

After opening both the historic UNESCO World Heritage Site of At-Turaif and the region’s premier fine dining destination, Bujairi Terrace, in December 2022, Diriyah has welcomed more than 2 million visitors from around the world. With more than 40 planned international hotel partnerships and an enormous US$63.2 billion project pipeline, Diriyah is fast becoming a global leader in cultural tourism and hospitality.

Industry leaders and investors are invited to meet Diriyah Company’s delegation at the Diriyah Company stand in Palais Level 1 Diriyah Stand P1.A2 and at the Saudi Pavilion C14b during the exhibition to connect and learn more about the development. Diriyah Company’s Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo, Diriyah Development Company’s President Mohamed Saad, Chief Marketing Officer Kiran Haslam, and Chief Finance Officer Ahmed Alamr will be speaking at MIPIM Panels and a series of live seminars, panel discussions at “The Saudi Talks”, and high-level debates with government representatives, industry leaders and real estate experts.

Their participation demonstrates Diriyah leadership’s commitment to sustainable urban development, tourism, and economic growth, providing excellent insights into the formidable efforts underway to harness the power of sustainable development and tourism, to drive positive change across the sector.

Commenting on the company's participation at the global forum, Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Company, said: "Our numerous and significant development projects reflect our commitment to adopting world-class sustainability standards, deeply ingrained in Diriyah's ancient culture and vibrant community. The use of carbon-free construction materials and clean and renewable energy demonstrates our efforts to promote environmental sustainability. Furthermore, these human-centered endeavors highlight our efforts to redefine urban development and transform Diriyah into a global destination for luxurious living, education, culture, and tourism.”

"Our goal is to uplift the quality of life for over 100,000 residents, creating a model hub for entertainment, education, and work. The projects, including the development of a number of key iconic assets such as the Royal Diriyah Opera House, as well a multitude of retail, entertainment and office spaces, and the lush and historic Wadi Hanifah region with its farms and orchards, align closely with this vision.” he continued.

Diriyah Company’s participation at the premier real estate expo also aims to encourage major investors and representatives of global corporations and institutions to actively engage in Diriyah Company's cultural and tourism projects spanning an expansive 14 square kilometers. These projects, strategically located in and around the historic At-Turaif district, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, are complemented by well-developed infrastructure and an intricate network of roads and corridors seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary designs.
