Danube has awarded Naresco Contracting LLC, a leading contracting company, the main contract for the 350 million dirham Glitz 3 development by Danube Properties in Dubai Studio City.

 

Glitz Residence 3 carries forward a unique luxury lifestyle concept developed by Danube Properties, every detail complements the lifestyle that today's young urban family expects in a green landscaped environment. It is designed keeping in mind the lifestyle comforts and contemporary convenience. Glitz Residence 3 is expected to be complete by end of 2017.
