Andreas Senn Appointed as Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage at the Ritz- Carlton, Riyadh

Andreas Senn has been appointed as the new Executive Assistant Manager in charge of food and beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh.

In his new assignment, Senn will oversee the entire food and beverage operations and will work closely with Executive Chef Esat Akyildiz to curate deliberate concepts and promotions that will drive revenue to the food and beverage division.

Senn brings over 13 years of experience in various restaurants and hotels in Asia and the Middle East with locations such as the Maldives, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Malaysia, United Kingdom, New Zealand and China.

He worked with luxury hotel brands like Six Senses, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La, and most recently the Waldorf Astoria in Shanghai, China, rated Five Star by Forbes Travel Guide.

“I feel honored to be joining The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh, as I not only joined this palatial hotel in the Kingdom but I also joined Marriott International which is the biggest hospitality company in the world,” Senn said.

“Indeed, this is an exciting journey of my career and I can’t wait to explore what this part of the world has to offer especially to local food aficionados,” Senn added.

Born in Austria, Senn studied at St. Johann Tyrol Hotel Management School and has catapulted his career in the hospitality industry since then.
