A domestic worker’s e-contract can be canceled online after 30 days from the date of signing of the contract, Musanid program, the official account for domestic workers’ services, has confirmed.

The e-contract can also be canceled before the specified period and before submitting a new application.

The Musanid program warns against giving any log in information to unidentified quarters. It stresses exercising caution against promotional fake accounts that claim they can process visas.

The official channels that provide the service for issuing e-visas are Musanid e-portal and national recruitment offices and companies.
