Held over two days, the 2019 Pakistan Property Show couldn’t come at a more appropriate time for investors and buyers.
For 2019, commentators are relatively confident about the country’s property sector. The 2018 elections that delivered a new government are expected to lead to increased economic stability, plus potential policy boosts to the sector – such as a possible impetus for affordable housing and mortgage reform. Given that the country still has a significant housing shortage across all income levels, it’s anticipated that developers will therefore continue to launch a huge variety of products this year – and the Pakistan Property Show is the ideal chance for customers based in the MENA region to see these first hand.
In 2018, the show attracted 17,000 visitors to meet more than 70 exhibitors, including the country’s biggest real estate names, across both residential and commercial property.
While the event is predominantly aimed at helping overseas Pakistanis to invest in their homeland, anyone who is looking to invest in property in Pakistan can attend. Significant deals and discounts will be available, alongside a range of events and facilities to create a family friendly and lively environment.
