International Sport & Fitness Exhibition, Saudi (ISF Saudi), the Kingdom’s only major international sports and fitness exhibition takes place from the 25th – 28th of November 2015 at the Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events.  Organised by, Reed Sunaidi Exhibitions, a strategically successful joint venture partnership between the world’s largest international exhibition organiser Reed Exhibitions and highly experienced Saudi organiser Sunaidi Expos. 

The importance of ISF Saudi reflects the need to further develop the sports and fitness sector in KSA. There is still some way to go to achieve the objectives and ISF Saudi 2015 will play an important part as the Kingdom continues its pursuit to develop the sports sector by improving infrastructure and facilities.  

One of the most important developments in the KSA sports and fitness sector is the move towards a healthier lifestyle which is reflected in the 16% annual growth of the private fitness clubs in the country. Accordingly, the Kingdom needs over $20 billion worth of sport & fitness equipment and infrastructure. However, the Kingdom’s current imports of vitamins, sportswear and sports equipment do not exceed $1bn. This means that there is a need to increase imports of sports equipment, facilities and expertise to meet this fast growing demand. ISF Saudi will play a vital role in achieving these growth targets. 

 According to Mr.Hatem Srour  General Manager of Jumping Egypt :'we are the regional distributors of Jumping Fitness, handling Egypt, UAE and KSA. And, we believe the the ISF would be our gate to the GCC market. Our experience in Egypt, made us realize how this workout can be a great addition to group fitness classes in the Arab region. Combining Fun and Fitness is our mission, we want people to get the maximum benefit out an hour workout, without feeling bored for a second. The use of trampoline in a workout gives us the chance to cater different target segments including, athletes, kids and seniors. 

Jumping Fitness International co-founder will be with us at the exhibition, to inform fitness enthusiasts about the progression of the program and development of equipment (special trampoline) over the past 13 years. Saudi Arabia is witnessing a growing trend towards fitness training which has produced a growth in renovation and supply of equipment in the highly competitive fitness facilities market. The growth of sports and entertainment infrastructure along with the boom in the hospitality industry has seen public and private investments in the sports industry rise by 40% annually.  

The increasing attention to health, fitness and wellbeing issues in KSA, as well as the wonderful response to the exhibition last year, encouraged the organisers of ISF Saudi to go ahead with the second edition of this important event.    

This year’s edition of ISF Saudi is expected to witness a wider participation in comparison with the inaugural edition last year which registered of 6,365 visitors, 58 exhibitors and 104 brands from 14 countries.
