The Company for Cooperative Insurance, Tawuniya, recently received a Golden Award for Quality & Business Prestige from Otherways Management and Consulting Group. The award was in recognition of Tawuniya’s leading role in developing innovative insurance products and providing services to enhance customer experience.

In a statement, the award committee said Tawuniya had established both a positive reputation at a national level, and a distinctive reputation with its global partners. Tawuniya was described as being well known for its performance, its commitment to innovation and creativity, as well as its continued implementation of an advanced quality policy. They also recognized Tawuniya’s commitment in upholding the industry’s ethics and values.

Al-Bahiti highlighted that Tawuniya provides its customers with advanced and digital insurance services as well as a distinct package of value-added services targeting customers of various types of insurance, including Dawae Service, the Tawuniya Health Zone Program, Road Assistance Service, a Wellbeing Program, Ithraa Program and Awareness Workshops.

Al-Bahiti also added that Tawuniya strives to develop and introduce new services every year to improve customer experience, drawing attention to the agreement signed by Tawuniya during 2019 to launch the “Tawuniya Vitality” program for the first time in the Kingdom and the MENA region to help people improve their health by adopting a healthy and active lifestyle, which will bring about a fundamental change in the insurance practice in KSA, the Tawuniya Vitality program is expected to be launched during 2020.
