SAUDIA Group to Participate in Bahrain International Airshow

SAUDIA Group is set to participate at the sixth edition of the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) 2022, taking place 9-11 November 2022 at the Sukhair Air Force Base in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

 

SAUDIA Group’s presence at BIAS presents an opportunity to showcase the group’s latest aircraft and onboard product, engage with the world’s leading aviation and air transport industry corporations to explore collaborative ventures and partnerships.

Attendees of BIAS 2022 will be able to check out two of SAUDIA Group’s state-of-the-art aircraft; the Boeing 787-10 and Airbus 320neo.

SAUDIA’s Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner is the airline’s flagship aircraft. Configured in two classes with 24 flat-bed seats in Business Class and 333 seats in Guest Class, featuring inflight entertainment screens at every seat with up to 5,000 hours. The Boeing 787 is Boeing’s most fuel-efficient aircraft, offer better cabin comfort and lower emission.

SAUDIA Group’s low-cost carrier; flyadeal will display its brand-new Airbus 320neo. Powered by CFM LEAP-1A engines, the A320neo will offer flyadeal outstanding operational, economic and environmental performance.

flyadeal’s A320neo is configured with 186 seats in a comfortable all economy class layout. Passengers onboard the aircraft will benefit from the widest cabin of any single-aisle aircraft in the sky, as well as the latest cabin feature offering optimum passenger comfort.

SAUDIA Aerospace Engineering Industries (SAEI) is set to sign two agreements during BIAS. Captain Fahd H. Cynndy, SAEI’s Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to participate in a panel discussion presenting the latest trends with regional and global speakers in the air transport and aerospace industries.

 

SAUDIA recently commemorated the 70th anniversary of flying to Bahrain by operating special flights from Bahrain to celebrate the occasion with guests. SAUDIA has carried more than 45,000 guests from Bahrain onboard nearly 700 flights this year.
