Sakani benefits 49,000 families under “ready units”, “under-construction” options

The number of beneficiary families from subsidized real estate loans options to buy “ready units” and “under-construction” residences exceeded 49,000 households between the beginning of the year and the end of April, 2021.

This is as part of the program’s efforts to facilitate citizens’ ownership and receiving multiple housing options and finance solutions that suit their demands and appropriate with their capabilities, with the aim of increasing the ownership percentage to 70 percent by 2030 under goals of the Housing Program, one of the programs of the Saudi Vision 2030.

This number is within the expected number of beneficiary families that the program announced over the past four months, which exceeded 89,000 families that benefited from various finance solutions and housing options, such as self-construction, ready units and under-construction residences, where more than 66,000 families have move in their new residences until April. — SPA
