The Red Sea Mall, Jeddah’s biggest shopping center and family entertainment district, recently launched the “Sharai Safari”, a fun filled, educational family event as part of the Jeddah Ghair Festival, of which the Red Sea Mall is the diamond sponsor. 

The free event, which will continue until September 23rd, includes a stunning display of life-sized models of animals that would be found on an African safari. Visitors are invited to ‘go on safari’ with the mall’s mascots, the Sharai family, who have just returned from their safari vacation!

 

Commenting on the event, Mr. Mohammad Alawi, CEO of Red Sea Markets, said: "As Diamond sponsors of the Jeddah Ghair Festival, as well as being Jeddah’s prime shopping and entertainment district, the Red Sea Mall continues to entertain and amaze visitors this summer. Our Sharai Safari event offers a great way for families to learn about African animals in a fun and safe environment! ” 
 

Throughout the duration of the event visitors can enjoy fun filled activities in addition to various competitions where they can win great prizes! The Sharai family of characters can also be seen in the mall entertaining the kids and helping with the safari tours.

 

Mr. Alawi added: “The Jeddah Ghair Festival is one of the most important events in Saudi Arabia, and as such the Red Sea Mall will continue to sponsor and support the festival as it has done for many years.”
 

Underscoring Red Sea Mall’s commitment to supporting its community and remaining Jeddah’s shopping and entertainment hub, the Mall is in the process of a SAR 200 million-expansion strategy. The expansion is the biggest in Saudi Arabia and will witness the already spacious mall adding more international brands and entertainment facilities that are set to further enhance the Red Sea Mall experience.
