Microsoft Arabia launched latest Surface family releases to support and develop business environment of large, medium, small and micro companies in KSA. The ceremony was organized in Riyadh under the slogan "Inspired by the past. Designed for the future."

President of Microsoft Arabia, Eng. Thamer Al-Harbi, stressed in his speech that up-to-date technology tools have reached a great extent in developing "companies and institutions business map" at various operational levels, as they are an effective element in running up-to-date business system.

"The new Surface Family releases (Pro X, Pro 7, Laptop 3, and the Surface Hub 2S device) were launched to keep pace with rapid digital transformations in Saudi Arabia and achieve goals of Digital Transformation program, which is one of Vision 2030 main programs, under leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince” said Alharbi.

He added that Microsoft Arabia provides its customers in KSA with latest Surface devices to develop highest standards of productivity, mobility, speed performance and high quality, to fulfill various needs of customers and consumers in public and private sectors. This achieves main axes of third plan of Saudi digital transformation strategy (2019-2022).

“Latest Surface devices releases have been specifically designed for advanced work ways to allow them to freely work, and protect them with best up-to-date security and management platform from Microsoft. Surface business portfolio provides employees with experiences they wish, level of flexibility they need, to work under favorable conditions” said Mirna Arif, Surface Business Group Director for Middle East and Africa.

Microsoft Arabia event, which included playing Arabic music in Oud at the background, has been widely attended by specialists, customers and Saudi media that was keen to cover the event and highlight new devices. Advantages of new Surface family devices were introduced to the media, which featured by their direct contribution in business development, especially as it has the best features of Microsoft that companies and organizations trusted by customers, to keep up with their ideas, run all related business applications, save time and money by using simplified deployment. They also featured by modern hardware management and built-in and cloud-activated security, and enable them to people, data and systems with related experiences from Surface Office 365.
