Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas, the dedicated cinema arm of Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, communities, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia  opened VOX Cinemas in West Avenue Mall, Dammam. This marks the company’s sixth complex in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the first to operate in the Eastern Province. 

 

With a capacity to seat over 900 guests, the VOX Cinemas in West Avenue Mall features a total of six screens; four standard, one MAX which combines the best in surround sound technology with a 20+ metre wide screen, and one KIDS, a family-friendly concept complete with brightly coloured interiors and adjoining party rooms. It will also include VOX Cinemas’ popular Candy Bar serving guests’ favourite movie snacks as well as a wide selection of hot food.

VOX Cinemas is set to open 110 screens in the Kingdom by the end of 2019, including its first in Tabuk and additional multiplexes in Riyadh and Jeddah. With today’s launch, it now offers movie fans in the Kingdom a total of 53 screens across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
