With reference to the announcement made by Saudi Aramco in relation to the start of the institutional bookbuilding on Sunday, 17 November 2019, Samba Capital, NCB Capital and HSBC Saudi Arabia, the Joint Financial Advisors and Joint Global Coordinators, announce that institutional bids received during the first 15 days of the bookbuilding period amounted to SAR 144,164,386,788, with total shares of 4,551,643,566 subscribed for. 

The institutional bookbuilding period continues until December 4, 2019 (17:00 KSA Time).
