Customers Live Jaguar Land Rover Experience in the Uk

Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, the authorised dealer of Jaguar Land Rover in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, recently organised a plant tour for key Jaguar Land Rover fleet customers at the Solihull Jaguar Land Rover manufacturing facility. The guests enjoyed a unique and memorable experience to go behind the scenes and witness first-hand where Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles are built.

The Solihull plant sits on a 300-acre site and is one of three Jaguar Land Rover’s advanced vehicle manufacturing facilities in the UK. Solihull is on three-shift, 24-hour production to meet the global demand for Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Discovery, Jaguar F-PACE and the Range Rover Velar.

The guests, senior management from the key fleet customers, were given a chance to test the capability of the Land Rover vehicles on site on the Solihull off road adventure track which highlights the great breath of capability and versatility that these great machines are known for. The off-road driving experience included slippery inclines, articulation tracks, ruts, open ground, and deep water wading.

The Solihull factory tour gave the Saudi guests the unique opportunity to experience the whole process of how cars are brought to life – from the moulding of sheet metal to those intricate final touches. At the state-of-the-art production facility, the guests got to see how skilled technicians and sophisticated machines work seamlessly together to perfect some of Jaguar’s and Land Rover’s most breath-taking cars – from the stunning Range Rover Velar to the award-winning Jaguar F-PACE.

“This is one of the most enjoyable trips I have ever experienced”, said one of the participants. “As a result I feel entirely connected with Land Rover’s thrilling world,” he added.

As part of the tour, the guests have also visited the British Motor Museum where they learned more about the past, present and future of the British motor industry, its technology and its people.
