The Austrian company for cochlear implantation, cochlear implants and audio solutions at King Abdullah University Hospital has chosen to be a recognized center in the Middle East and as one of the leading research centers in the region.
A delegation from Medell Company with the Director of the Center for Cochlear Implantology at the King Abdullah University Hospital, Dr. Firas Al-Zoubi, agreed during a visit to the hospital to start a research study on the results of cochlear implantation in Jordan. Middle east.

The consultant is a center of excellence in the hospital to help children and adults with deaf or hearing impaired, and plays a strategic role as a specialized organizational unit to develop the best Ways at the national and regional levels for the early detection, treatment and rehabilitation of hearing loss patients and to become active actors in society.

 

He pointed out that one of the objectives of the center is to train the national cadres in the field of audio solutions, sound and audio training, and to establish the basis for effective participation with the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences at the University of Science and Technology in Jordan to use the latest methods and devices and to provide scientific advice to those who request it inside or outside the Kingdom.

With the initiative of His Highness the Crown Prince heard without limits, which develops the community partnership with the university and the hospital. The Cochlear Implant Center at King's Founding Hospital is one of three centers accredited in the Middle East, with a center in Riyadh and another in Cairo.
