The program addresses effective communication and how to measure the individual and to identify the different representational systems, and strategies to communicate with superiors, colleagues, customers, time management and organization of appointments and priorities for action, as well as to organize effective time employee professional, and the pressures of the work environment and how to deal with them strategies.
The program also tackles strategies for success in dealing with work pressures, effective methods of balancing work and life, work ethic and its role in productivity development, the impact of commitment in work ethics on private and public performance, the concept and components of institutional culture, In working environments.
The program is a continuation of the national initiative of the Chamber to train and rehabilitate 3,000 students, to work in 12 activities and economic fields exclusively for Saudi citizens.
