1. The "Riyadh Development Authority" is transformed into a Royal Commission under the name "The Royal Commission for the City of Riyadh".
2. The Commission shall have a Board of Directors chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister, and its members shall be appointed by order of the Prime Minister.
3. All tasks related to major national projects in Riyadh shall be transferred from the Committee of Major National Projects to the Royal Commission for the City of Riyadh.
4. The Council of Experts at the Council of Ministers, in coordination with the Royal Commission for the City of Riyadh and any other concerned authorities, shall prepare, within a period not exceeding three months, the necessary preparations to complete the necessary statutory procedures .
The order is to be carried out by the concerned authorities.
