Culinary Arts Commission

The Culinary Arts Authority is a Saudi government body established in February 2020 and headquartered in the capital Riyadh, and the authority aims to classify restaurants, dishes and chefs and to put mechanisms and controls related to this art as it seeks to register Saudi and international dishes and to write down their recipes and publishing as well as publicizing Saudi dishes locally and internationally and encouraging research and studies in this the field .
