On the tracking app it states my package was delivered but I did not receive it.I emailed them and there reply is to order new shipment, because the mentioned shipment was sent to the financial management to be deducted from the operating company.

bad service i’ve been met. Specifically to your staff, very poor communication, even i’ve spoke with them in arabic language, they still not understand. And so many time I ordered things n your company been responsible to deliver but I didn’t receive my thing. At the end the things that i purchased returned back to the store!!!! please train your staff to be more responsible and dedicated to their work! Don’t be lazy! Please improve your service!
